meet Erin Emmett

Erin is a leader in the world of luxury, fine-dining catering and events. She began her journey in Michelin-starred Las Vegas kitchens before moving to New York, where she worked in some of the city's best restaurants, chocolate studios and bakeries. In San Francisco, Erin opened two macaron bakeries before returning to NYC in 2015, when she founded one of the first high-end dessert-centric custom catering studios.
